Free Shipping (when offered by coupon or Product Specials) is for US Residents Only. Free Shipping is Standard Mail Only.

Return Policy

Return -In the event that a Soap Vine Customer is not satisfied for any reason they can return the unwanted product within 10 days from receiving their shipment. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on the return and the remainder of total original cost of item will be mailed by check to the customer.

Exchange Policy- Items cannot be exchanged. The Soap Vine encourages all customers to purchase a product in small quantity first for trial before purchasing larger quantities.
